Our Remanufacturing Process - More Than Just A Paint Job

At Jack Doheny Supplies we take our remanufacturing jobs seriously. Our remanufactured equipment allows you to purchase a machine that looks and functions like new at nearly half the cost. When we put a used Vactor sewer cleaner through our remanufacturing process, the end product is a quality piece of affordable sewer cleaning equipment.

The remanufacturing process includes over 120 separate operations including the break-down/rebuilding of the rodder pump, disassembly/descale/repair or replacement of the boom assembly, a complete overhaul of the hose reel including the Rotek bearing, check/repair or replacement of the hydraulic, electrical and water systems, and the addition of productivity increasing features such as pump off systems and cold weather recirc which weren't present on the original machine.

The chassis undergoes a 60 point inspection and all major systems are repaired or replaced as required. A paint job completes the remanufacturing process, often to a customer's color specifications. On average we invest 350 hours of labor into a single remanufactured unit to ensure that the finished product is as good as new.
