The American Road Machinery Company was born on December 1, 2010 but can trace its history and experience back some 40 years as one of the nation’s premier municipal equipment innovators and manufacturers.


Operating out of a 30,000 square foot facility in Minerva, Ohio the original company known as American Road Machinery, Inc. was acquired in December 2010 and the name was changed to The American Road Machinery Company. Today the company employs over 50 people manufacturing and distributing vacuum leaf collectors, oil field services equipment, snow and ice control equipment, vacuum catch basin cleaners, asphalt spreaders, dump truck bodies, truck accessories and a full line of service parts

Models 1500, 1503, 2000, and 2003.  Features low cost leaf removal with right or left hand pickup, forward or rear intake design, 16" diameter heavy duty or light duty hose, direct drive power take-off, low tip-tohousing clearance, 84 HP diesel engine, 25" or 30" steel fan, and 16,600-24,200 CFM.
ALC 30/30
Self-contained unit with 30 cubic yard leaf hopper. One piece or two piece rear door for dumping ease in any situation.  Multiple options in diesel engines that collect debris at 2500 RPM.  Direct drive Power Take-Off with over-center clutch protects engine from shock loads.  30" steel fan with six abrasian-resistant blades statically designed and dynamically balanced.
ALC 25-25
Self-contained unit includes a 25 cubic yard hopper.  One piece or two piece rear door for dumping ease in any situation.  Multiple options in diesel engines that collect debris at 2500 RPM.  Direct drive Power Take-Off with over-center clutch protects engine from shock loads.  25" and 30" steel fan with six abrasion-resistant blades statically and dynamically balanced.
ALC 17-17
Self-contained unit includes a 17 cubic yard hopper.  One-piece or two piece rear door for dumping ease in any situation.  80-100 HP 4 and 5 cylinder diesel engine collects debris at 2500 RPM.  Direct drive Power Take-Off with over-center cluth protects engine from shock loads.  25" or 30" steel fan with six abrasion-resistant blades is statically and dynamically balanced.
