Higher BTU, Better Boiler

Vactor's boiler is the most advanced in the industry - the only boiler that has been custom designed for hydro excavation purposes.  The HXX is capable of 400,000-900,000 BTUs/hr.  Higher temperatures are critical for cold weather and clay applications.  When the terrain is thick and hard, hot water is an absolute necessity to loosen the layers of compacted dirt, ice, or clay.

Better Dump System, Easier Cleaning

The HXX utilizes a hydraulic lift system to conveniently dump out of debris body.  The round debris body with a 50° dump angle, allows for fast and complete debris disposal.  Competitive products that employ a push system will trap debris behind the push plate.  Cleaning behind the push plate can be very difficult and time consuming.

Stainless Steel Water Tank Prevents Corrosion

The most powerful vacuum option available.  The HXX equipped with the Hibon 27" blower is for those people who need to make long pulls or move heavy material.

HXX 824 Positive Displacement Blower

Another blower that may suit your applications.   The 824 requires less horse power at a lower weight.

 HXX Fan

The lightest and most economical full size hydro excavator.  The HXX Fan is a good unit for municipalities or utility companies.

Telescopic Boom

The telescopic boom will extend to give you greater range on your hydro excavator.

Wireless Remote
