Modular Design, Cylindrical Cross Sections

The ACE is designed to endure the stresses of the most powerful mobile industrial vacuum available.  The greater structural integrity of the cylindrical design resists flexing due to high vacuum pressures.  The filter compartments do not share walls - preventing premature wear from material exposure on both sides.

Baghouse filtration, Complete Material Separation

The baghouse is one of the most critical features of the Guzzler industrial Vacuum loader.  All solids that are not filtered by the cyclone will be collected in the baghouse - meaning that you don't have to worry about dry vacuum pulls destroying your blower.  The Guzzler ACE offers the strongest baghouse available on the market today; the ACE baghouse will collect any particle, no matter how small or fine it may be.

Advanced Rear Door Design

Half inch steel-plate construction prevents deflection and warping.  Tapered locking, over-center chocks and three top-mounting brackets ensure a positive, leak-proof seal.  Central hydraulic manifold provides single access point for adjustments.  Two double-acting, hydraulic cylinders (versus up to four on other brands) for less maintenance.  Hinge blocks are shimmered to allow adjustment.

Easy Cleaning and Decontamination

All filter components are 100% accessible.  There are no material bridge-points in baghouse and cyclone hoppers, as in other brands.  The Guzzler offers topside access to both the baghouse and cyclone.  The top inspection doors are equipped with spring assists and can be conveniently reached by the side ladder.  No disconnection of the pulsation hoses required.

State-of-the-Art Instrumentation

Controls mounted in a single, fully sealed panel for easy monitoring.  Includes tachometer, blower, temperature, hydraulic pressure, vacuum and air pressure gauges, and hourmeter.  Each circuit clearly identified and individually grounded.

18-28" Positive Displacement Blower

The Guzzler ACE can be equipped with a wide variety of blower shapes and sizes including liquid ring for special applicatoins.

Boom

A boom can be added to the ACE to extend the range and strength of the vacuum.

Cycrane with Stand-alone Cyclone

Heavy-duty crane with 1,400 lb (636 kg) capacity and 31 ft (9,449 mm) horizontal reach.  Can be suspended over vessels up to 14 ft (4,267 mm) in height.

Hydro Excavation

A water system can be added to the Guzzler Classic to expand it's capabilities.

Vibrator

The vibrator can be added to the debris body to assist in knocking material out of the debris body.

Rail Gear

Rail Gear will allow the Guzzler Classic to ride on rail tracks.

High Dump

The Guzzler ACE can be equipped with a high dump to allow for dumping into a dump off container.
