Baghouse filtration, Complete Material Separation The baghouse is one of the most critical features of the Guzzler industrial Vacuum loader. All solids that are not filtered by the cyclone will be collected in the baghouse - meaning that you don't have to worry about dry vacuum pulls destroying your blower. The Guzzler ACE offers the strongest baghouse available on the market today; the ACE baghouse will collect any particle, no matter how small or fine it may be. |

Advanced Rear Door Design Half inch steel-plate construction prevents deflection and warping. Tapered locking, over-center chocks and three top-mounting brackets ensure a positive, leak-proof seal. Central hydraulic manifold provides single access point for adjustments. Two double-acting, hydraulic cylinders (versus up to four on other brands) for less maintenance. Hinge blocks are shimmered to allow adjustment. |

Easy Cleaning and Decontamination All filter components are 100% accessible. There are no material bridge-points in baghouse and cyclone hoppers, as in other brands. The Guzzler offers topside access to both the baghouse and cyclone. The top inspection doors are equipped with spring assists and can be conveniently reached by the side ladder. No disconnection of the pulsation hoses required. |
