PACP (Pipeline assessment and certification program) is the North American standard for sewer defect identification and assessment. Providing standardization and consistency to the methods in which sewer pipe conditions are evaluated (and TV inspection results managed), the goal of PACP is to create comprehensive data to properly prioritize, plan, and renovate wastewater collection systems.

A standardized process is critical to anyone trying to accurately assess pipe damage.  Everyone must be on the same page with regards to what needs repair and how serious the damage is.  Many municipalities now require that anyone inspecting their pipes be PACP certified so they can be certain that all operators are familiar with today’s conventions.  Being certified will not only ensure that everyone is making similar evaluations but will also open up new job opportunities for the operator and the company for which they work.

Doheny Companies’ offers PACP training on site or at any of our locations at your convenience.  The training is offered in a classroom setting and ends with an examination that will result in certification of the operator.  Our instructor, Brandon Conely has many years of training experience and is fully certified by NASSCO.
